AQUEST CONCURS VA SER JA AVALUAT.

The Eastern European Chocolatier Competition is the only chocolate competition dedicated to chocolatier products made in Eastern European Countries.

The Eastern European Chocolatier Competition celebrates the craft of chocolatiers and chocolate companies who create filled chocolates, truffles, ganaches, caramels, fondants, enrobed fruits and nuts and spreads made from chocolate couverture or from their own bean-to-bar chocolate. The competition also includes flavoured chocolate bars made from chocolate couverture.

Bean-to-bar chocolate makers of plain/origin and flavored bars can participate to the European Bean-to-Bar competition, which will take place on 12 – 16 June 2019 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This year’s Eastern European Chocolatier competition will be judged alongside the Italian/Mediterranean Chocolatier competition, and will take place in Florence, Italy, 8 – 12 March 2019.

Winners of these competitions will pass through to the World Final in Florence, in October 2019.

Elegibilitat

This competition is open to all companies with their main base or head office in the following Eastern European Countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. And is for all filled chocolates and spreads made from couverture or bean-to-bar chocolate, and for flavoured bars made from couverture.

El preu de l’entrada per aquesta competició és EUR €55 i la quota per a cada entrada és EUR €45. Els preus seran convertits a moneda local per la seva companyia de targeta de crèdit, si cal.

Quantitats de mostres

Per assegurar-nos que tenim suficients productes passi per la nostra selecció. Rondes d’avaluació del Principal i Gran Jurat, si us plau enviï les següents quantitats de cada producte que inscrigui:

    • Barres: 400g (14 ounces) pes total
  • Bombons farcits, etc: 30 peces

 

  • Cremes per untar: 1 jar (min 300 grams/10 ounces)
