Peru Competition 2016 Winners

The International Chocolate Awards is pleased to announce the Winners of the 2016 Peru Competition, which was judged July 7-10, 2016, in Lima as part of the activities of the VII Salón del Cacao y Chocolate, Peru.

The judging panel included food writers, cacao and chocolate experts, journalists, bloggers, chefs and chocolate tasters from Europe, South America, Japan and the USA and members of our international Grand Jury panel. The panel also featured winners from our World Final series from France, Canada and  Japan.

The competition judged entries from the following types of products: plain origin chocolate bars (dark, milk or white); flavoured bars (dark, milk or white), with infusions, inclusions, and filled; filled chocolates, and chocolate beverages.
