Americas Bean-to-Bar and Chocolatier Competition Winners 2019

The International Chocolate Awards is pleased to announce the Winners of the 2019 Americas Bean-to-bar and Chocolatier Competition, which was judged May 27–June 3 in New York.

International Judges

The judging panel included regular USA judges, along with pastry chefs, restaurateurs, journalists and other specialists from the New York area and members of our international Grand Jury panel.

All judging is anonymised, included at the Grand Jury final session, where Golds, Silver and Bronze prizes are awarded by private voting according to the Grand Jury rules.

All Gold, Silver and Bronze winners in this competition are eligible to enter the World Final.

Best in competition

From 2019 we are introducing new special recognition prizes, with special logos or additional medals. These recognising the many developments and innovations chocolate makers and chocolate companies are creating in the craft chocolate world, while simplifying our main categories.
